About the role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to grow Edvube’s online presence and turn interest in our courses into enrolments. You’ll plan campaigns, develop compelling content, and use performance data to improve results.

This role is focused on paid performance marketing and lead generation. It is not an entry-level, internship, or SEO/web-design-only position.

What you’ll do

- Plan, run, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns for course enquiries, webinar registrations, and enrolments.
- Test audiences, ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Develop content calendars and write engaging ad copy, social posts, and short-video scripts in Malayalam and English.
- Coordinate with creators, designers, and instructors to communicate course value through demos, educational content, and learner stories.
- Support email and WhatsApp follow-ups that help interested learners take the next step.




- Work with the admissions or sales team to understand lead quality and improve the journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- Track campaign spend, cost per qualified lead, enrolment conversion, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.
- Use AI tools to support research, content development, and campaign experimentation.

What we’re looking for

- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including at least 2 years running Meta Ads lead-generation campaigns yourself.
- Proven results you can share: campaigns you managed end to end, the budget you handled, and the leads, CPL, or ROAS you delivered.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and campaign measurement using GA4 and tracking links.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in Malayalam and English (Malayalam fluency is required).
- Ability to analyse results, manage budgets responsibly, and suggest practical improvements.
- Based in Kerala or willing to relocate to Kochi and work from our office full-time.
- Interest in AI, education, and helping people learn new skills.

Positive to have

Experience with edtech or course marketing, webinar campaigns, remarketing, CRM tools, marketing automation, basic SEO, or Canva.
