NorthernSky Properties is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong understanding of marketing and digital platforms, along with skills in content writing and social media management, to support the promotion of our residential and commercial real estate projects.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru, Karnataka. As part of the Marketing team, you will contribute to digital marketing initiatives, content development, social media management, and other marketing activities supporting the company’s residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute digital marketing activities across relevant online platforms

- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including content planning and publishing
- Develop engaging content for social media, websites, campaigns, and other marketing channels
- Write and edit marketing content, captions, campaign copy, and promotional communications
- Support the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with the creative team for social media creatives, videos, and campaign requirements
- Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and key digital marketing metrics
- Conduct basic market, competitor, and audience research to support marketing initiatives




- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align digital activities with project and business objectives
- Manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements• 1–2 years of skilled experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role

- Good understanding of marketing and digital marketing concepts
- Hands-on experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong content writing and communication skills
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-focused content
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms and campaign performance
- Good understanding of social media trends and digital content formats
- Ability to coordinate with creative, sales, and marketing teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or property marketing is a plus
