THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing &

- Operations Executive to join our team.

You will work directly under the mentorship of the Director and report directly to the Director, giving you hands-on exposure to digital marketing, luxury real estate, business operations, clients, builders and actual property transactions.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone who wants to build a career across Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Real Estate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing &

- Lead Generation
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Execute WhatsApp Marketing campaigns.
- Generate, track and manage leads.
- Assist in improving lead quality and conversions.
- Maintain digital marketing and lead-generation records.

Content &

- Video
- Shoot professional property videos and reels to showcase properties.
- Create engaging property walkthroughs and promotional content.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut and AI video-generation tools.
- Assist with social-media content planning and execution.

Operations &

- Inventory
- Maintain and update property inventory in Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with builders, property owners and channel partners for new inventory, pricing and availability.
- Make calls to builders/owners for inventory updates.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead sheet.
- Coordinate with the sales team on active leads and properties.

Client Coordination





- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate suitable properties.
- Coordinate property visits and meetings when required.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into business.

? SALARY &

- INCENTIVES

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Salary will be decided based on interview performance, skills and relevant experience.

⭐ PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE

₹15,000 incentive for every successfully closed deal generated through a lead sourced/managed by you, subject to the company's incentive and closure terms.

This gives a high-performing candidate the opportunity to earn significantly beyond the fixed salary.

- Freshers and students with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate or Content Creation is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Good command of English/Hindi.
- Creative, energetic and comfortable taking ownership.
- Comfortable speaking with clients, builders and property owners.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, video editing and AI tools is preferred.
