About Truworth Wellness

Truworth Wellness is building one of India’s leading digital health and wellness platforms, serving 400 corporate clients and approximately 1 million lives, alongside a growing consumer health and wellness membership business. We are looking for a hands-on Manager – Digital, Social Media & Communications to strengthen our digital presence across both our enterprise and consumer brands. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong content and communication skills with a performance-driven mindset and can independently own digital channels, campaigns, organic growth, social media and PR.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute the digital, social media and communications strategy across enterprise and consumer brands.
- Develop and manage the content calendar across social media, website, blogs, email and other relevant channels.
- Drive organic growth, engagement, reach and brand visibility across digital platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, brand campaigns and digital activations.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social channels.
- Identify and manage creator/influencer partnerships aligned with brand objectives.
- Own SEO and organic search initiatives, working on content, keywords, rankings and traffic growth.
- Use Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads and Google Ads to monitor and improve digital performance. • Develop performance reports and provide actionable insights to the CMO.
- Lead PR and media communications, including identifying relevant media opportunities and coordinating with external PR partners.




- Create compelling and high-quality content including social posts, articles, blogs, campaign copy, press releases and thought-leadership content.
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, HR and Leadership to align communication with business objectives.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digital platforms to identify opportunities for growth.
- Measure campaign performance using relevant metrics and continuously optimize the digital strategy.

What We're Looking For

- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, communications or a related role.
- Proven experience in growing digital/social channels organically, with measurable results.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Search Console.
- Robust understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media and digital performance marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
- Ability to understand data, interpret performance metrics and convert insights into action.
- Experience managing content calendars, campaigns and multiple digital channels independently. • Strong stakeholder management and project-management skills.
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to execute rather than only strategize. Good to Have
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, health-tech, fitness or consumer subscription businesses.
- Experience working with B2B and B2C brands.
- Experience managing creators/influencers and digital communities.
- Exposure to PR, media relations and corporate communications.
