Role Description The Digital Marketing Associate is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. In this position, the associate supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels. Daily tasks include assisting with content creation, scheduling and monitoring social media posts, managing paid campaigns, tracking performance using web analytics tools, and preparing reports and insights.

The role also involves coordinating with creative and video teams, contributing ideas for campaign improvements,



and staying updated on digital trends and best practices to enhance client results.

Qualifications

- Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with the ability to support multi-channel campaigns and performance-focused initiatives.

- Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, audience engagement, and basic community management across major platforms.

- Web Analytics skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor KPIs and generate insights.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising concepts; familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is an advantage.

- Comfort with data, reporting, and using spreadsheets or dashboards to track campaign performance.

- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
