Role Description The Digital Marketer Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting marketing and growth initiatives across client projects and Laneway’s own brand. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media campaign planning and execution, helping design and publish content across digital channels, and supporting lead generation activities through research and targeted outreach.

The intern will help monitor and analyze web and campaign performance data, prepare basic reports, and suggest optimizations based on insights.



This role also involves collaborating with consulting and technology teams to align marketing efforts with broader business strategies, staying updated on digital marketing trends, and contributing ideas to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with a strong interest in online growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content planning and basic community management across key platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and basic Web Analytics, with the ability to track performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to work remotely in a structured, self-directed manner and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity about startups, technology, and business consulting, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new digital tools.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic design tools, CRM platforms, or marketing automation systems is a plus.
