Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing role based in Mumbai.

The Digital

Marketing professional will manage and grow the brand’s online presence across social media platforms, optimizing content to drive awareness, engagement, and footfall to the café. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing digital campaigns, creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring performance metrics, and using web analytics to refine strategies. The role also involves coordinating with the café and roasting team to develop promotional initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across channels,



and responding to online customer interactions.

The team member will collaborate closely with management to support brand positioning, launch activities, and ongoing marketing efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to analyze performance data and improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create transparent, engaging content and interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Experience with content creation for social media, including copywriting, basic visual design, or coordination with designers, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with coffee, café culture, or food and beverage marketing is an advantage, along with the ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
- A relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred, plus prior experience in a digital marketing role.
