Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketer / Ads Manager who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Create and optimize campaigns for leads, traffic, conversions, sales, and engagement.
- Research audiences, competitors, and campaign strategies.
- Manage targeting, budgets, bidding, placements, and ad sets.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Test and optimize audiences, creatives, ad copies, and budgets.
- Identify and improve underperforming campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives.
- Manage Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare campaign reports and share performance insights.
- Manage multiple campaigns/accounts and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with Meta and Google Ads trends and updates.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads.




- Understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of targeting, retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
- Positive understanding of digital advertising metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency.
- Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with e-commerce advertising.
- Knowledge of landing-page optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Google Ads or Meta certification is an advantage.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Ads Management.

Work Location: Surat, Gujarat – On-site

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
