About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital & Influencer Marketing Executive who is energetic, organised, creative, and eager to build expertise across digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, lead generation, and influencer marketing.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple social media handles, running and monitoring digital campaigns, coordinating with influencers, generating business leads, and managing day-to-day marketing activities.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute digital marketing activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and other social media platforms
- Assist in planning, setting up, monitoring and optimising Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid campaigns
- Manage multiple social media accounts and ensure consistent content, communication and growth
- Work on lead generation, business development and customer acquisition through digital channels
- Research and identify new opportunities for generating qualified leads and business
- Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations, campaigns and brand associations
- Handle influencer communication, negotiations, follow-ups, deliverables and campaign tracking
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign reports
- Coordinate with internal teams, brands, creators and external partners
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads and other relevant KPIs
- Support content planning, social media calendars and campaign execution
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends,



digital marketing tools, ad formats and influencer trends
- Take ownership of assigned daily tasks and ensure timely completion
- Assist with meetings, presentations, events, shoots and marketing activities whenever required
- Be comfortable with travel for meetings, shoots, events, influencer activities or business requirements
- Support the team in additional marketing and business development activities as required

? What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing or a related field
- Basic to good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and social media handles simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating with influencers, brands and clients
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of analytics, reporting and campaign performance
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends




- Willingness to travel whenever required

? Good to Have / Bonus Skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro or other editing tools
- Ability to create/edit Reels, short-form videos, stories and social media creatives
- Basic understanding of video editing, transitions, captions, thumbnails and trending formats
- Photography/videography skills will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research and marketing is a plus
- Previous experience in managing or growing a personal/social media page will be an advantage
