We are looking for a results-driven Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and conversion optimization across multiple brands.

This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who can independently build strategies, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and convert data into measurable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? SEO & Organic Growth

- Develop and execute multi-brand SEO strategies
- Technical, On-Page, Off-Page & Local SEO
- Keyword research, competitor analysis & content strategy
- Technical audits, Core Web Vitals, indexing & schema
- Internal linking, backlink strategy & content optimization
- Drive qualified organic traffic, leads and conversions

? Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Independently manage Google Ads & Meta campaigns
- Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing & YouTube
- Lead generation, conversion & remarketing campaigns
- Audience targeting, campaign optimization & budget management
- Improve CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA and ROAS
- A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ads and landing pages

? Analytics & Conversion Optimization
- GA4, Google Search Console & Google Tag Manager
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking & Meta Pixel
- UTM tracking, funnel analysis & attribution
- Landing-page and website CRO
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and improve lead quality

? Multi-Brand & GoldVault.app Growth
- Manage digital marketing across multiple brands
- Develop brand-specific acquisition strategies and KPIs
- Build and execute a dedicated digital growth strategy for GoldVault.app




- Optimize the complete customer journey from search/ad → landing page → conversion

? Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads performance
- Prepare actionable dashboards and reports
- Explain What Happened → Why It Happened → What Should Be Done Next
