Job Title: Digital Delivery Manager – Web & Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Web Developers, Designers and Digital Marketing professionals.
- Plan, allocate and monitor projects from kickoff to final delivery.
- Manage website development, redesigns, landing pages and digital campaigns.
- Conduct team meetings, workload planning, performance reviews and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with offshore/distributed teams and manage project handovers.
- Track project timelines, resources, hours and scope; identify scope creep and delivery risks.
- Review websites before launch for responsiveness, functionality, forms, tracking, SEO and performance.
- Provide technical oversight for PHP, WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce projects.
- Oversee hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, plugins and website security.
- Review website designs, wireframes and mockups for UX and brand consistency.
- Coordinate SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile and social media activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
- Participate in client meetings, explain technical issues and handle delivery escalations.
- Develop SOPs and improve workflows using AI and automation tools.
- Report on team utilisation,



project performance, delivery status and profitability.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a web development or digital agency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce and hosting environments.
- Valuable understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and web analytics.
- Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday or similar project management tools.
- Experience managing offshore, remote or distributed teams.
- Strong project management, problem-solving and client communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
- Experience with AI and automation tools will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualification Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media or a related field.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
