Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Digital Content & Social Media Specialist who can manage social media platforms and create engaging content that increases brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, posts, stories, videos and social media creatives.
- Research trending content, topics, hashtags and formats.
- Develop creative content ideas and monthly content calendars.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts and short-form content.
- Handle day-to-day social media posting and scheduling.
- Monitor engagement, reach, views and other social media metrics.
- Track competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members when required.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Required Skills




- 1–2 years of experience in social media and content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content.
- Good communication, writing and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing.
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Portfolio Required

Candidates must be able to share previous social media work, Reels, posts, videos or a portfolio during the selection process.
