Finest Travel Africa (Pty) Ltd is a destination management company for Eastern and Southern Africa, delivering group and tailored trips across South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and beyond. Our clients are trade buyers: product managers at tour operators, and travel agencies running their own group trips to the region.

We're building FTA's digital presence from the ground up, and we want the structure right before anything is designed, written or posted. We're looking for an architect, not a content creator.

What you'll design

- The full ecosystem map: website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email and CRM, and how they connect to trade shows and direct sales.
- The role of each channel: which trade audience it serves, what job it does (being found, building credibility, getting an enquiry, keeping existing partners), and what we deliberately won't do.
- Account structure: company pages versus our founders' and team's personal profiles, and one account or several per platform.
- The flows between channels: how a first contact at a trade show or on LinkedIn becomes a website visit, an enquiry, a quote and a repeat partner, and where each step is captured and followed up.
- The website: information architecture and sitemap, built for trade partners and a clear route to a request.
- The technical backbone: a recommended CRM, the tracking set-up, where leads flow and who owns them.
- Measurement: a small set of metrics per channel and per stage of that journey.
- A phased roadmap, plus the roles needed to build and run it.

What you'll hand over

Phase 1 is the blueprint.

Phase 2, optional, is implementing it: setting up the CRM, tracking and automation, and overseeing the website build with a developer. We welcome proposals for both phases, priced separately.

- A written blueprint, a visual ecosystem map, a sitemap, the journey and lead-flow diagrams,



channel-by-channel guidelines and a roadmap. It should be explicit enough that a web developer, a designer and a content team can build from it without coming back to ask what we meant.

This is not

Social media management, content creation, graphic design or running ads. Those come later, from other people. If your experience is mainly in producing or posting content, this isn't the right role.

Must have

- 5+ years designing digital ecosystems, website structures or marketing systems, not just working inside them.
- Proven B2B experience: complex sales, several decision-makers, long relationships.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM, automation and tracking, enough to specify them, even if someone else builds them.
- At least one project where you designed the structure from scratch, and can show us the map, sitemap or flow you produced.

Nice to have

Tourism, hospitality or DMC experience, familiarity with the Southern African travel trade, and experience with European source markets.
