Role Description The Diamond Jewellery Product Developer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing lab-grown diamond jewelry collections that align with Eternal Jewels’ brand vision and market positioning. This full time, on-site role based in MUMBAI OR SURAT involves working closely with design, sourcing, and manufacturing partners to translate creative concepts into technically sound, production-ready designs. Day-to-day tasks include developing product briefs, reviewing CAD designs and prototypes, ensuring stone selection and setting styles meet quality and cost targets, and coordinating with suppliers to manage timelines and production details.





The role also includes market and trend research, competitive product analysis, and collaboration with branding and content teams to support storytelling, merchandising, and launch strategies.

The Product

Developer will maintain detailed product documentation, support quality control reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement in design, fit, finish, and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry skills to conceptualize, sketch, and develop commercially viable diamond jewelry collections.
- Polishing and finishing knowledge to oversee product quality, craftsmanship standards, and final appearance of pieces.
- Customer Service and Training skills to understand client preferences, support sales teams with product knowledge, and guide internal stakeholders on features and benefits.
- Experience or strong interest in lab-grown diamonds, fine jewelry product development, and jewelry manufacturing processes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, manufacturing, branding, and e-commerce.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with specifications, technical drawings, and production documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., jewelry CAD or rendering software) and basic understanding of gemstone grading is an advantage.
- Prior experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, or consumer product development, and a passion for modern, responsible luxury.
