Role Description The Diagnostics Corporate Tie-Up Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing partnerships with SMEs/corporates / companies.

Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, managing relationships with SMEs/companies/corporates, and ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to onboard partners, streamline processes, and monitor performance metrics. The manager will regularly review market trends, gather feedback,



and recommend improvements to strengthen the diagnostics network and enhance patient access.

Qualifications

- Experience in business development, corporate tie-ups, or partnership management within healthcare or diagnostics.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze market opportunities, prepare proposals, and support contract discussions.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Chennai is an advantage.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, diagnostics workflows, and basic regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting meetings and visits with healthcare partners across Chennai and nearby regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, life sciences, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve partnership targets.
