Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy IP PBX solutions using Asterisk-based dialer systems.

- Troubleshoot issues with existing VoIP networks and resolve problems in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EPABX systems with IP telephony platforms.

- Provide technical support to customers on dialer configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- Robust knowledge of Asterisk-based dialer systems and their integration with IP PBX/VOIP networks.

- Experience working with EPABX systems and ability to configure them for seamless integration with IP telephony platforms.
