- 8+ years of progressive experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.

- Proven experience operating and supporting production services in Microsoft Azure.

- Hands-on experience configuring Azure DevOps YAML and Classic build and release pipelines.

- Practical experience implementing Git branching and repository governance policies.

- Hands-on experience writing Terraform and deploying Azure resources through automated pipelines.

- Hands-on experience supporting microservices on AKS using Kubernetes and Helm charts.

- Experience applying RBAC and access-control standards in cloud and DevOps environments.

- Working experience with ITIL Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Enablement, and continual improvement.
