AGM/DGM – Plant Production

Location: Dehradun

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Polymer / Plastics Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 15 years in Injection Molding operations (automotive preferred), with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Machines: Hands-on experience with Windsor & Milacron (100T–650T)

Technical Expertise: Injection Moulding, Mould Design & Maintenance, Machine Settings, SAP PM Module

Quality Systems: ISO/IATF, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, CAPA, Customer Handling

Lead overall plant technical operations and manage HODs (Production, Tool Room, Maintenance, Quality, etc.).

Tool Room & Mould Management: In-depth understanding of mould design, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Implement and maintain QMS as per automotive industry standards (ISO/TS, IATF) Conduct quality audits, manage customer complaints and ensure CAPA implementation Use of 7 QC tools, FMEA,



and other quality assurance methodologies

Plan and implement AM, PM schedules; monitor performance via SAP PM module Drive CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) and MP (Maintenance Prevention) initiatives

Ensure timely dispatch with full compliance to OTDIF (On-Time Delivery In-Full)

Process Improvement & Automation : Lead automation projects to enhance efficiency, reduce manpower cost, and eliminate NVA (Non-Value-Added activities) Conduct ROI analysis and obtain approvals for process improvement projects.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

Experience

- Plastics injection moulding: 10 years (Preferred)
- Plant head: 10 years (Preferred)
- ISO/IATF, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, CAPA: 10 years (Preferred)
