We are looking for a Development Executive with good knowledge of Glass Manufacturing and Product Development to handle new product development from concept to sample approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new glass and home décor products as per buyer requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, QC, Sourcing & Merchandising teams.
- Understand product specifications, dimensions, finishing, colours, and materials.
- Coordinate prototype/sample development and modifications.
- Follow up on sampling, trials, costing, and approvals.
- Identify suitable manufacturing processes and materials.
- Ensure developed products meet quality, design,
and buyer requirements.
- Maintain product development records and timelines.
- Support production during new product trials and resolve development issues.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Development – Glass experience preferred/required.
- Positive knowledge of glass manufacturing, finishing, moulding, colouring, and decoration.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and MS Excel skills.
- Export/home décor experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹11,600.72 - ₹25,000.00 per month
