About the RoleWe're hiring a DevOps Engineer to build and run our AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, keeping our systems reliable, secure, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities

- Provision and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, EKS/ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda) using Terraform.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated, zero-downtime deployments.
- Run containerized workloads on Docker and Kubernetes.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Handle incidents, on-call support, and root-cause analysis.
- Enforce security best practices: IAM least privilege, secrets management, encryption.
- Optimize AWS costs and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements
- ~5 years in DevOps/SRE,



with 3+ years hands-on AWS.
- Strong Terraform (or CloudFormation) experience.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Linux administration and scripting in Python or Bash.
- Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPC, security groups).

Nice to Have
- AWS DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect certification.
- Experience with Argo CD, Ansible, or serverless architectures.
- DevSecOps tooling and compliance exposure (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
