- Handle daily despatch activities for valves and components.
- Verify valve size, rating/class, material, quantity and customer requirements.
- Prepare Invoice, Delivery Challan, Packing List and E-Way Bill.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, Sales and transporters.
- Ensure proper packing, tagging, marking and documentation.
- Update despatch details in ERP / Excel and track deliveries.
- Maintain valve traceability and required quality documents.
Valve Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Ball, Gate, Globe, Check and Plug Valves, including size, pressure rating, material and end connections. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
