Position: Desktop Support Engineer

CTC: ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Provide onsite desktop and laptop support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Support printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Configure Outlook and other business applications.
- Manage IT assets and maintain documentation.
- Handle user support tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills
- Windows 10/11 Installation & Troubleshooting
- Desktop/Laptop Hardware Support
- Printer & Peripheral Support
- Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- MS Office Support
- Valuable Communication Skills

Experience
- 3 - 7 Years

Qualification
- Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
