This requirement is for the post of IT Executive having Hardware and Networking knowledge.

· Troubleshooting of Windows PCs/Laptops.

· Installation of new softwares, hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, anti-virus protection etc)

· Provide support for Desktop / Laptop / Printer / handheld devices / Scanner related calls.

· Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.

· Candidates having knowledge of Linux / Ubuntu will be preferred.

· Assists in all functions of IT support.

· Resolving related Queries from the users.

· Hardware/Networking certified.

· Outlook configuration and troubleshooting

· Laptop and Desktop installation and troubleshooting

· Windows 7/10 system installation and troubleshooting

· Printer/Scanner configuration and troubleshooting





· Hardware asset Knowledge

· Knowledge of MS Office application and troubleshooting

· Working ability under call pressure

· Working ability in Rotational Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
