Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop and technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printer, network, and peripheral-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system and application-related issues.
- Perform software installation, updates, patches, and system configurations.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access-related issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.




- Monitor and resolve support tickets within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software-related issues when required.
- Follow IT security policies and standard troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, hardware, and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with desktop/laptop troubleshooting and system configuration.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.
