Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical IT support and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Install, configure, and support standard software applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues related to LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, servers, and network devices.
- Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
- Manage and administer Active Directory users, groups, computers, and Group Policies.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Office 365) services and applications.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions.
- Configure and support network devices,



including switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
- Provide first-level support for network-related incidents and service requests.
- Monitor and maintain LAN WAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, and switching issues.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure availability.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware, software, licenses, and IT assets.
- Maintain network documentation, IP address records, and network diagrams.
- Monitor firewalls and assist in implementing network security policies.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network support when required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and best practices.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
