1. Conduct Detail Design review of Architectural design, details at key stages of design deliverables
2. Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, teams to ensure design integration
3. Identify design discrepancies, and propose practical solutions in coordination with various stake holders
4. Review Shop Drawings
5. Respond to RFI
6. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks
7. Support project teams in maintaining design consistency and construction accuracy
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch. 5-year program)
2. 13 to 15 years of experience in Architectural consultancy in Design Development and Site execution
3. Excellent Aesthetic sense

High level of understanding of Various Design disciplines and their interdependences
5. Decision maker with Solid communication skills
6. Positive attitude, Self Motivated and team-oriented mindset
7. Strong alignment with a detail-driven work culture
8. Ability to learn, adapt, and align with organizational standards and processes
9. Must be able to handle More complex Projects on own while being a role model for junior team members and be able to manage multiple team members and resolve issues for all team members
