Responsible for the preparation, review, and timely issuance of accurate drawings while ensuring effective coordination with consultants and site teams. The role includes managing drawing revisions and project documentation, tracking MOM action points through closure, and conducting site/design compliance checks. The position requires timely resolution of coordination queries, identification and reporting of design non-compliances, and follow-up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with consultants and site teams to resolve design-related queries.
- Maintain documentation and issue revised drawings on time.
- Track MOM action points and follow up for timely closure.
- Conduct site/design compliance checks and report deviations.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Possess hands-on experience in interior design projects, including design coordination and site supervision, with a robust understanding of interior details, materials, finishes, and their execution at site.
