Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform stack-up analysis & design hand calculations.
- Conceptual and detailed design of aero engine components using conventional hand calculations.
- Interact with customer as needed on task status at a technical standpoint.
- Evaluate product non-conformances and provide engineering recommendation for aero engine parts.
- Team management

Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge in Mechanical design fundamentals, Engineering concepts and applications.
- Rich experience working on aero engine parts in the areas of compressors and turbines.
- Sound understand in of the build and functionality of aero engine and sub-modules.
- Strong Knowledge of GD&T; application and able to perform Complex Tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Capability to understand and interpret structural analysis results.
- Has the experience of interacting with customer to solve critical problems.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- An excellent team player
- Desired Skills:
- Exposure to manufactured process and deviation resolutions
- Modeling and drafting skills in any of the CAD tools.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Tools
