Role Description The Design Engineer will contribute to the development of mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems for autonomous drones, UGVs, and defense-grade solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves designing and validating components and assemblies, creating detailed CAD models and drawings, and supporting product prototyping and testing. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust product designs, optimizing for performance,



reliability, and manufacturability.

The Design

Engineer will also assist in integrating sensors, electronics, and control systems, document design decisions, and support continuous improvement across ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering and Product Design skills for end-to-end development of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering expertise, including fundamentals of mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) proficiency for 3D modeling, drafting, and creating production-ready drawings.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge for integrating electronics, sensors, and power systems into products.
- Relevant skills such as understanding of embedded systems, robotics, mechatronics, and system integration are beneficial.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, or industrial automation domains is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly in technical documentation and discussions.
