Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer to design and develop crusher machines, screening equipment, conveyors, and related material-handling systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering drawings, developing new designs, improving existing equipment, and coordinating with production, purchase, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, vibrating screens, conveyors, bucket classifiers, washing systems, and related equipment.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models.
- Prepare assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and component specifications.
- Select suitable materials, bearings, shafts, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic components, etc.
- Perform basic engineering calculations for shafts, structures, drives, and other machine components.
- Modify existing designs based on customer requirements and site conditions.




- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure drawings are practical for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for technical specifications of bought-out components.
- Conduct design reviews and identify opportunities for cost reduction and machine performance improvement.
- Support the service team in resolving technical issues at customer sites.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.
- Ensure designs meet required safety, quality, and operational standards.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor or equivalent design software.
- Good knowledge of machine design and fabrication.
- Knowledge of crushers, conveyors, screens, and material-handling equipment will be an advantage.
- Understanding of MS plates, structural sections, welding, machining, bearings, shafts, couplings, gearboxes, hydraulic and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with production, purchase, sales, and service teams.

Qualification Diploma Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
