The Chance

This is a role for someone who loves people as much as they love design. As a Design Consultant — Sales, you will be the first person a client meets at Hexaspace. You will listen, understand, inspire — and then guide them from their first conversation all the way to a confirmed project.

Done well, this role is one of the most rewarding in the company — both in terms of impact and earnings.

What You Will Do

— Handle inbound leads thru Online inquiries, Walk-ins, & building networks

— Conduct experience centre walkthroughs and client presentations

— Understand client requirements to understand their vision, preferences, and budget

— Present ideas confidently — mood boards, concepts, spatial possibilities

— Close projects by building genuine trust, not just pushing a sale





— Coordinate with internal design and execution teams to set the right expectations

— Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reports

What We Are Looking For

— 2 to 4 years of sales experience in interior design, furniture, real estate, or premium home products.

— Able to hold a room — strong communication and presentation

— Build trust quickly and close deals with confidence

— Gujarati language proficiency preferred
