About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tech – Deputy Team Lead to join our Technology Team. The role involves managing and optimizing LeadSquared CRM, supporting internal technology requirements, analyzing AI-driven communication tools, and driving process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize LeadSquared CRM, including workflows, automations, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, system hygiene, and process compliance.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and implement CRM solutions.
- Handle internal technology-related hardware and software requests and resolve support tickets.
- Analyze AI-generated call recordings, transcripts, and communication insights.




- Monitor chatbot performance, conversation flows, and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
- BE/BTech from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, technology support, operations, or business systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing a 3+ member team will be preferred.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, and conversational analytics.
- Basic SQL/programming knowledge is a plus.
