About the Role The Deputy Manager Mechanical will oversee maintenance activities related to HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, process water systems, and mechanical utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage shift engineers, technicians, fitters, and welders.
- Ensure reliability of chilled water and process cooling systems.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment health.
- Support shutdown planning and execution.
- Ensure spare parts management and inventory control.
