KEY REQUIREMENTS – MANDATORY:
* Manufacturing Industry experience is mandatory
* Solid hands-on experience in Plant HR / Factory HR operations in the Manufacturing Industry .
- Exposure to Canteen Management, Security Management, Transport & Facilities Management
- Experience in Grievance Handling, Employee Welfare, POSH & HR Administration
