Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Ethanol Marketing & OMC Business professional with strong experience in the ethanol/distillery industry and proven exposure to managing business with Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).

The role will be responsible for driving ethanol sales, OMC coordination, allocation management, commercial execution and end-to-end logistics/dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ethanol sales and business development with major OMCs.

Manage end-to-end OMC business operations, from allocation/order receipt to dispatch and delivery.

Coordinate ethanol allocations, supply orders, nominations, lifting schedules and depot-wise requirements.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with OMC commercial, procurement, depot and logistics teams.

Manage e-tenders, contracts, rate/price documentation, supply schedules and commercial correspondence.

Plan and monitor ethanol dispatches, tanker placement, transporter coordination and delivery schedules.

Ensure timely execution of customer orders and resolution of logistics, quality, documentation and commercial issues.

Coordinate closely with Plant, Production, Quality, Finance, Logistics and Commercial teams for uninterrupted order execution.

Monitor customer-wise sales,



allocation, lifting, dispatch, inventory and outstanding quantities.

Prepare and review MIS, sales forecasts, dispatch plans and OMC-wise performance reports.

Identify opportunities to strengthen existing OMC relationships and expand ethanol business.

Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, reconciliation and compliance with applicable commercial requirements.

Candidate Profile

5–10 years of relevant experience in Ethanol / Distillery / Biofuel / Alcohol industry.

Solid hands-on experience in Ethanol Marketing/Sales and OMC business.

Strong understanding of ethanol procurement/sales cycles, OMC allocations, contracts, dispatch and logistics operations.

Excellent commercial negotiation, customer relationship and coordination skills.

Strong analytical ability with good command of MS Excel, MIS and commercial reporting.

Candidates currently working with established ethanol/distillery companies will be preferred.

Education

Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or related discipline.
