We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Landscape to lead landscape planning, design management and technical coordination across large-scale real estate developments.

The role will work closely with architects, landscape consultants, engineering, project management, sales & marketing, commercial and other stakeholders to ensure that landscape design is aligned with project vision, customer requirements, sustainability goals, quality standards and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead landscape planning, design development and design management across residential, commercial, mixed-use, township and hospitality projects.
- Drive project feasibility, landscape briefs, master planning and open-space planning.
- Review landscape concepts, site layouts, design proposals, working drawings and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with landscape architects, architects, consultants and internal engineering/project teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, environmental requirements, accessibility standards and green building principles.
- Drive design optimization and value engineering while maintaining quality and design intent.
- Support execution teams in resolving design-related site issues and reviewing material submissions,



mock-ups and shop drawings.
- Manage consultant scope, deliverables, timelines and design submissions.
- Provide landscape and design inputs for project launches, brochures, 3D visualizations and sales & marketing collateral.
- Benchmark design solutions, materials and construction technologies to improve project efficiency and value.
- Lead design review processes and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.

Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture / Landscape Design from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution.
- 10- 14 years of relevant experience in real estate design and development.
- Strong experience in landscape design management and large-scale real estate projects.
- Exposure to residential, township, mixed-use, commercial or hospitality developments.
- Experience managing landscape consultants and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Strong understanding of master planning, landscape design, design coordination and execution.
- Knowledge of applicable building regulations, NBC, sustainability and green building standards.
- Strong understanding of value engineering and cost optimization.
