Responsible for operation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, DG sets, and power distribution networks & Responsible for maintenance and reliability of instrumentation, SCADA, PLC, field instruments, analyzers, and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Manage 33kV/11kV systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules.
- Lead electrical shift teams.
- Ensure electrical safety compliance.
- Monitor energy consumption and optimization programs.
- Coordinate shutdown and commissioning activities.
- Manage calibration and maintenance programs.
- Ensure availability of process control systems.
- Lead troubleshooting of instrumentation issues.
- Support automation and process optimization projects.
- Maintain calibration records and compliance documentation.
