: Job Title: Deputy Manager - Training

The Deputy Manager - Training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for employees across various departments. This role involves assessing training needs, developing training materials, and conducting training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.

The Deputy

Manager will work closely with various department heads to ensure that training programs align with business objectives and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Additional responsibilities will include evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and training opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of diverse teams.
- Create engaging training materials and resources, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops,



and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback to refine future sessions.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training programs address specific operational challenges.
- Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Mentor and support junior training staff as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Required

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using e-learning platforms and training management systems.
- Familiarity with competency modeling and performance management processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
