Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage HR Shared Services team to deliver high-quality services to clients across various industries.

- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with third-party vendors for benefits administration and other HR-related tasks.

- Provide exceptional client-facing support by resolving queries related to employee data management, payroll processing, and other HR operations.

Job Requirements :

- 12-15 years of experience in an HR Operations role within IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors module (Employee Central) for managing employee data and processes.

- Excellent team management skills with ability to lead a team remotely or onsite.
