Role Description The Depo Manager will oversee day-to-day depot operations, including inventory management, stock allocation, and coordination with dealers, retailers, and internal sales teams. This full-time, in office role based in Lucknow involves supervising warehouse staff, monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatches.

Manager will track stock levels, manage reorder requirements, and maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.



The role also includes preparing operational reports, analyzing depot performance, resolving logistical issues, and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

- Experience in depot, warehouse, or supply chain management, with strong skills in inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to supervise on-site teams, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain disciplined, safe, and organized operations.
- Competence in basic ERP or inventory software, MS Excel, and handling documentation related to dispatches, receipts, and audits.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with dealers, retailers, logistics partners, and internal sales and accounts teams.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to monitor performance, address discrepancies, and improve operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field; relevant experience in FMCG or footwear/apparel distribution is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lucknow, with flexibility to handle peak-season workload and extended hours when required.
