Role & responsibilities

- Manage overall operations of the assigned department and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

- Drive sales performance through effective merchandise presentation, promotions, and customer engagement.

- Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve customer queries and escalations promptly.

- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control.

- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and take corrective actions to improve business performance.

- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve productivity and service excellence.

- Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per company guidelines.

- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with operational processes and SOPs.





- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for stock management, promotions, and operational support.

- Manage manpower planning, roster scheduling, attendance, and productivity of the department team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.

- 3-5 years of experience in retail store operations, preferably in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or organized retail.

- Robust understanding of sales management, inventory control, customer service, and team handling.

- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to drive business results and manage departmental profitability.

- Experience in handling a team and achieving departmental targets.
