Demand Automation & Forecasting Specialist | SAP Supply Chain Planning

? Bangalore | 5–12 Years Experience

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Demand Forecasting, Demand Automation, Planning BOMs, Product Configuration and SAP Planning/MRP within complex manufacturing environments.

Key Requirements:

- 5–12 years of relevant experience in Demand Forecasting / Supply Chain Planning
- Hands-on experience with Planning BOM / PBOM and system-level forecasting
- Experience with Product Configuration / Variant Configuration
- Strong SAP ERP / MRP / Planning experience
- Experience handling forecasting exceptions, demand signals and planning deviations
- Strong RCA and analytical skills
- Exposure to Sales Orders, Customer Quotes and manufacturing planning processes
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Preferred: Semiconductor, High-Tech Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment,



Automotive or Aerospace

Key: This is NOT a traditional Material Planning / Component Planning role. We are specifically looking for professionals with hands-on experience in complete product/system-level forecasting, Planning BOMs, product configurations and demand automation. Candidates are requested to refrain from applying if:

- They have more than 12 years of experience.
- Their experience is primarily in traditional Material Planning, Component Planning, Procurement or Inventory Planning.
- They do not have relevant hands-on experience in the key areas mentioned above.
- Their experience does not include system/product-level demand forecasting or Planning BOM/configuration-related planning.
