Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Delivery Staff member to ensure the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of local routes, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect products/orders from the company and deliver them to customers safely and on time.
- Verify orders and delivery details before handing over products.
- Handle products carefully during transportation.
- Collect cash or digital payments from customers, when required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments.
- Communicate with customers professionally and resolve basic delivery-related queries.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety procedures.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in good condition.
- Report delays, damaged products, or delivery issues to the supervisor.
- Complete daily delivery reports and other assigned operational tasks.





Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th standard or equivalent.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Own two-wheeler preferred, if applicable.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and navigation applications.
- Good knowledge of local areas and routes.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
- Punctual, honest, responsible, and physically fit.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require working on weekends or holidays depending on business requirements.
