Role : Delivery Leader AI/ML

Experience : 15 to 25 Years

Work location : Mumbai / Bengaluru

As part of the core delivery team of Quantiphi, the AI Delivery Leader will be responsible for managing the delivery and execution of all AI and ML projects in a B2B workplace. The Delivery Leader will get to lead Delivery efforts for AI/ML solutions like Generative AI, Conversational AI, Document AI, Vision AI, Knowledge Graphs, Intelligent Video Analytics, Digital Twins etc.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:

- Manage complex delivery engagements across varied service/solution offerings
- Ensure successful and timely delivery of AI/ML projects. Accountable to ensure Service Levels are met.
- Single point of escalation - Prevent and Manage risks across delivery programs.
- Eye for process improvements to de-risk delivery and streamline delivery operations across the portfolio, channelise delivery best practices and build accountability across account/engagement managers

Customer Success:

- Managing customer communication & relationships with senior stakeholders including CXOs
- Ensure customer success by establishing customer’s trust and fostering collaborative partnership, responsible for CSAT/NPS.

P&L; Management:

- Has deep understanding of P&L; management, margins and overall operational excellence and business profitability
- Responsible for driving delivery led growth across delivery engagements
- Responsible for revenue and account growth and diversification across workloads/capabilities to build multi-year partnerships with key accounts in his/her portfolio
- Ability to multitask to bring operational efficiencies to delivery processes and manage stakeholders across different functions within the organization such as Business Operations, Resource Management, PMO and Finance

Team Management:





- Ability to build and manage high performance cross-capability teams. Drive continuous improvement through programs for upskilling/training fresh and lateral talent
- Manage and engage a team of 600+ team members, grooming next-gen leaders, building organizational association within teams through focused employee engagement and mentoring
- Mentor, coach and groom junior delivery leaders to scale and grow across their career roadmap.
- Working in conjunction with the delivery leadership & founders in terms of P&L;, Delivery and Organizational Growth (Build to Scale)

What is required:

- Possess 15+ years of experience in delivering data driven technology solutions and products with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact
- Experience in managing large teams (300+ ) and revenue portfolios of $50Mn & above
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, and in-depth knowledge in framing, designing and execution of solutions for challenging business problems
- Extensive experience in working with customers having global operations and with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Understands cloud infrastructures, specifically Google Cloud Platform. Has working knowledge of GCP products and services.
- Must have excellent analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills
- Executive demeanour and experience working with senior client executives and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
