Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and punctual Delivery Executives to join our logistics team. Your main role will be delivering fresh milk and grocery items to registered customers early in the morning, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Morning Deliveries: Pick up assigned orders from the local hub/center early in the morning and deliver them safely to customers’ homes.
- Route Navigation: Use the Country Delight Partner mobile app to follow optimized daily delivery routes.
- Product Care: Ensure milk bags, dairy products, and daily essentials are handled carefully and kept in good condition.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and polite attitude during doorstep drop-offs or customer interactions.
- Attendance & Punctuality: Maintain consistency in daily attendance and complete deliveries within the specified morning window.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Vehicle: Two-wheeler (Bike / Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
- Smartphone:
Android smartphone with an active internet connection to run the delivery app.
- Documents Required:
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Bank Account Details / Passbook
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) & Driving License
- Skills: Basic understanding of smartphone apps, local area/route knowledge, and good time management.
- Experience: Freshers as well as experienced delivery personnel from other courier or delivery platforms are welcome to apply.
