We are hiring a Delivery Consultant to handle vehicle pickups from customers, documentation, basic vehicle checks, and safe delivery to the Spinny hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up vehicles from customer locations and ensure smooth handover.
- Verify vehicle documents and complete required formalities, including FASTag deactivation.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks during pickup.
- Safely drive vehicles to the designated Spinny hub.
- Coordinate with Supply, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate pickup and handover records.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Valid 4-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Valuable driving skills and confidence in handling different cars.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable travelling across the city.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
