About the Role

Join Transformance Forums, a leading B2B conference company with 500+ conferences since 2016, connecting C-level executives, senior leaders, and decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential delegates through calls, emails & LinkedIn.
- Identify and engage with relevant professionals and decision-makers.
- Drive delegate registrations, confirmations, and attendance.
- Build strong relationships and encourage repeat participation & referrals.
- Manage follow-ups and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM data and track outreach, conversions & pipeline.
- Achieve daily and monthly delegate acquisition targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years experience; freshers welcome.
- Solid communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.




- Interest in B2B sales, events & networking.

Work Details Location: Onsite at our Mumbai office (Mira Road East)

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
