About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Decor Production team member to bring event setups to life. You will be involved in preparing, coordinating, and executing decor elements for weddings, celebrations, and events.

Responsibilities

- Execute event decor setups as per approved concepts and designs.
- Coordinate with the production and on-site teams.
- Ensure decor materials are prepared and installed accurately.
- Maintain quality, finishing, and timelines during setup.
- Handle on-site requirements and troubleshoot execution issues.
- Coordinate dismantling and return of decor materials after events.

Requirements:
- Experience in event decor, wedding decoration, production, or related work.
- Valuable understanding of event setup and decor materials.
- Creative, practical, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late-night events.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
