Role Description The Delegate Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role focuses on identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential delegates for Transformance Forums’ events and learning series. The specialist will manage prospect lists, conduct outreach via calls, emails,



and social platforms, and clearly communicate the value of each program to decision-makers and professionals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads, nurturing relationships, and meeting delegate acquisition targets for multiple events. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging, improve delegate experience, and provide feedback on market trends and participant needs.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build professional rapport quickly.
- Ability to conduct structured outreach via phone, email, and digital channels, with skills in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
