About the RoleSkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Dealer Development Specialist to strengthen and expand our dealer network. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in dealer development, channel development, or dealership management within the automobile industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential dealers, developing current dealership opportunities, managing dealer relationships, and supporting the expansion of the company's business across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, evaluate, and onboard potential dealers and channel partners.
- Develop and expand the dealer network across assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified dealer leads through market visits, references, networking, and other sources.
- Evaluate prospective dealers based on investment capability, infrastructure, market potential, business experience, and commercial suitability.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with prospective dealers and channel partners.
- Coordinate the complete dealer onboarding process, including documentation and commercial formalities.
- Develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with existing and prospective dealers.
- Regularly visit dealer locations to understand business requirements and market conditions.
- Monitor dealer performance, sales, stock, market coverage, and business potential.
- Support dealers in achieving sales and business development targets.




- Identify underperforming dealers and coordinate with the concerned teams for corrective actions.
- Analyze territory potential, competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for dealership expansion.Coordinate with Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve dealer-related issues.
- Ensure timely communication of company policies, schemes, products, pricing, and business updates to dealers.
- Support dealers in developing local market presence and customer acquisition.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer development, market visits, pipeline, and territory performance.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective dealers from initial discussion until final onboarding.
- Maintain updated records of dealer leads, prospects, negotiations, and onboarding status.
- Travel extensively within assigned territories as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Dealer Development / Channel Development / Dealer Management.
- Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of automobile dealership development and channel management.
- Experience in identifying and onboarding automobile dealers.
- Good understanding of automobile market dynamics and dealer networks.
- Proven experience in business development and territory expansion.
